Mozirski Immigration Consulting Inc. (“we”, “us”) is a Canadian immigration consulting firm in Barrie, Ontario. Our consultant, Alexandra Mozirski, is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC, licence #R516418) and is bound by the confidentiality obligations of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information, in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
- Contact form: your name, phone number, email address and the type of immigration matter you are asking about.
- Eligibility assessment: your name, email, phone, city, date of birth, marital status and number of children, education and field of study, occupation, years of work experience, income, language test results, current immigration status, immigration goals, and how you heard about us.
- Consultation booking: when you book a paid consultation, scheduling and payment are handled by Calendly and its payment provider. We receive your name, email and the details you enter in the booking form; we do not receive your full card number.
- Website usage: Google Analytics uses cookies to tell us how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). It does not tell us who you are.
- Technical data: like most websites, our server records your IP address and browser details when you submit a form, to help us detect spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and assess which immigration programs may suit you.
- To schedule and deliver consultations and, if you become a client, to provide our services under a written service agreement.
- To meet our professional and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping required by the CICC.
- To understand and improve how our website is used, and to protect it from spam.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Consent
By submitting a form or booking a consultation, you consent to us collecting and using your information for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Who can see your information
Your information is accessed only by our consultant and by service providers who help us run our business and are required to keep it confidential: our website host, our email provider, Calendly, and Google (for analytics). Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. We will only share your information with government authorities such as IRCC or the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program when you instruct us to as part of your application, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and assessments from people who do not become clients are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client files are kept for the period required by our regulatory obligations and then securely destroyed.
How we protect it
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submissions is limited to authorized accounts. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send identity documents through our website forms; we will provide a secure way to share documents once you become a client.

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, or if you have a question or complaint about our privacy practices, contact our privacy officer:
